Job Description

Terris Refrigeration Ltd is a medium sized company based out of Riverview servicing the Greater Moncton Area. We are a leading contractor in the HVAC/R and Gas industry, providing services for residential and commercial clients. We take pride in offering exceptional customer service and meeting our customers needs. We are currently looking for a motivated administrative assistant to join our team for a temporary 12-18 month contract.

Qualifications

Post-Secondary Education in an Administrative Field

A positive, supportive and friendly attitude is a must!

Strong client service skills

Very strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Ready and willing to learn

Experience in HVAC is an asset but not required. You will learn as you go

Demonstrated proficiency with all Microsoft Office programs is essential

Team player with good intuition and strong sense of urgency about solving problems and getting work completed

Adaptable and organized in a fast-paced office

Punctual with exceptional customer service and prioritization skills

Duties and Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and address accordingly

Maintain schedule

Order supplies and materials

Process warranty claims

Register newly installed units

Process rebate applications

Accounts Receivable

Inventory Tracking and Receiving

Perform various administrative and clerical tasks as needed

What we offer:

Full-Time hours Mon-Fri 8-5

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
