Office Administrator / Receptionist – Retail Store

Job Description

We are a busy retail appliance store in North York seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator / Receptionist to join our team. This position requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while supporting both office and customer-facing functions.

Key Responsibilities



Serve as the first point of contact by greeting visitors and handling incoming phone calls and emails in a professional manner Accurately enter, update, and maintain data, including high-volume copy/paste tasks Prepare, review, and distribute timely sales, commission, and production reports to management Process customer payments and manage cash-outs Close jobs and update records in company software (experience with Workiz is a strong asset) Coordinate scheduling for deliveries, service calls, and appointments Provide administrative support to the sales team and assist with customer service as required Maintain an organized, tidy, and professional office environment

Required Skills & Experience



Minimum 2 years of office experience in administration or reception Strong proficiency in Outlook, OneDrive, and Excel Strong English communication skills (written and verbal) Fast and accurate typing skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy, fast-paced environment Demonstrated reliability and organizational skills Previous experience with Workiz Software considered a major advantage

Schedule & Perks
