Office Administrator

who's organized, caring, and ready to grow with a company that's taking big steps forward.

This is a

full-time position

with an opportunity for a

hybrid role (in-office/from home)

for the right candidate.

About the Role



As our Office Administrator, you'll be the heartbeat of ONYX -- keeping communication flowing, schedules organized, and operations running smoothly. You'll work closely with the owner and our team of technicians and sales advisors to ensure every customer experience is seamless from first contact to final invoice.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, thrives on organization, and genuinely enjoys helping people.

What You'll Be Doing



Communicating with customers by phone and email to schedule assessments, installs, and service visits Managing calendars, quotes, and job statuses in our CRM system (Monday.com) Handling

inventory ordering and job preparation

for upcoming installs Preparing and sending invoices using QuickBooks and following up with customers to ensure invoices are paid. Supporting the sales team with quotes and follow-ups. Prospecting and calling local businesses or homeowners to book free security assessments. Helping maintain smooth daily operations as ONYX continues to grow

Office admin or coordination experience Scheduling, QuickBooks, CRM, or inventory management background Customer service experience in a fast-paced or trade-related environment
