Summary:



Provide general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks.




Essential Duties:



Greeting and directing visitors Answer and direct phone calls Processing and directing mail and incoming packages or deliveries Clerical support - email, scan, fax, filing Filing supply orders for managers Manage and Maintain office inventory & Supplies Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research and creating reports HR support as needed Other duties as assigned



Qualifications:




1 year of relevant experience preferred Excellent phone etiquette Excellent attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills Able to multi-task Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
