WHAT\'S THE JOB?
The Office Administration, reporting to the Office Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in human resources, payroll, and other administrative duties. The successful incumbent will be responsible for supporting the overall success of the food service operations team.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to design new processes, implement new tools and build strong relationships with operations and other shared service function groups. This role demands proven leadership skills and abilities that are required for process analysis and implementation, coaching and development of all staff, outstanding communication skills, strategic decision making and proven experience successfully partnering with others.
