Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented

Guest Service Administrator

to join our team at Massage Addict Milton. The Guest Service Administrator is the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a warm and professional experience while managing daily administrative tasks to keep the clinic running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Greet clients warmly and manage check-in and check-out processes. Schedule appointments, manage bookings, and maintain the clinic's calendar. Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally. Process payments and handle billing accurately using our clinic management software. Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area and clinic. Assist with client intake forms and ensure client records are up-to-date and confidential. Coordinate with therapists and other staff to ensure smooth clinic operations. Promote Massage Addict services, memberships, and products to clients. Handle client concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism. Perform general administrative tasks, such as inventory tracking and ordering supplies.
Qualifications

Experience:

Previous experience in customer service, reception, or administration is preferred. Experience in a wellness, spa, or healthcare setting is an asset.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with booking or POS systems. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Attributes:

Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure. Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for wellness.

Availability:

Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
