Home Vision Solutions Inc. is a leader in luxury homebuilding and smart technology integration. We specialize in creating intelligent living environments through automation, AV, lighting, and security systems. As we expand locally, we're seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage office operations and internal accounting with precision and discretion. This office role combines administrative leadership with hands-on accounting support. You'll ensure smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining accurate financial records, supporting vendor relationships, and assisting with project cost tracking.

Description of Duties:

Office Administration:

Manage daily office operations, supplies, scheduling, and vendor coordination

Support HR tasks including onboarding, timesheet tracking, and employee documentation

Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems

Assist with client communications, appointment scheduling, and showroom coordination

Liaise with contractors and suppliers for documentation and compliance

Internal Accounting:

Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports

Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate records in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)

Monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding payments professionally

Qualifications:

Proficient in accounting software Quick Books and Microsoft Office 365

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams

Highly organized, discreet, and proactive in problem-solving

3+ years experience in office administration and bookkeeping (preferably in construction, AV)

Bonus: Experience with smart home systems, construction documentation, or showroom operations
