Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing various administrative tasks. This position requires strong communication skills, proficiency in office software, and a solid understanding of logistical management tools including being competent on the phone and utilizing Google Calendar. The Office Administrator will also assist with human resources functions and contribute to training development initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day office operations, including clerical duties and front desk responsibilities.

- Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure all documents are organized and easily accessible.

- Oversee appointment bookings and assist with appointment activities.

- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors to facilitate smooth operations.

- Support human resources functions, including onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.

- Utilize Google Applications for appointment bookings, invoicing, and reporting.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a positive work environment.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Google Software (Sheets, Calendar, Cjhrome) is required.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Previous experience in an administrative role is highly desirable.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and continuous improvement.
