-Invoicing
-Typing/data entry/emails
-Reception duties
-Record timecards (6)
-Filing
-Preparing shipping tally (packing slips)

Skills/requirements:
-Simply Accounting software preferred
-Strong computer skills - MS Office Outlook, Word, Excel, Google Sheets
-Accounting/Bookkeeping background would be very helpful
-Previous administrative experience in an office environment
-Able to multitask well and doesn\'t need handholding
-Strong customer service skills
