REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft office
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Proficient in data entry
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
Attention to detail and accuracy is a must
Ability to manage high volumes of data
Ability to manage demanding workloads and meet deadlines as required
Ability to problem solve, be inquisitive and have passion to resolve issues with little supervision
Ensures all paperwork and daily activities are completed accurately and on-time
Ability to maintain composure and work effectively in a fast-paced, high pressure, multi-tasked environment
Reliable and dependable
Have the desire to support all team members and be amenable to cross-train in all office activities
Previous administrative experience or office experience is a must
