Job Summary


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong supervisory experience and be proficient in various administrative functions. This role involves overseeing daily office operations, managing clerical tasks, and ensuring effective communication within the team. The Office Administrator will play a key role in supporting human resources, payroll, and bookkeeping activities while fostering a productive work environment.

Duties



Supervise and manage office staff to ensure efficient workflow and productivity Handle front desk responsibilities including greeting visitors and managing multi-line phone systems Oversee human resources functions such as onboarding, training & development, and employee relations Manage payroll processing and maintain accurate records for all employees Conduct bookkeeping tasks including budgeting and vendor management Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents Provide administrative support to various departments as needed Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while promoting a positive office culture Communicate effectively with team members, vendors, and clients to facilitate smooth operations

Requirements



Proven supervisory experience in an office setting Strong clerical and administrative experience with excellent organizational skills Effective communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette Experience in human resources, payroll processing, and bookkeeping is preferred Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with training & development practices is a plus Experience with vendor management and budgeting processes is beneficial
