Office Administrator
Purpose: To support the mission of St. George?s United Church, the Office Administrator performs duties and responsibilities including, decision making in the areas of communication, accounting, event planning, and the organization of Church documents including minutes and reports.
Qualifications: Formal training in office administration or previous experience in an office administration environment. Proficiency using Microsoft Office 365 programs including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher, and Excel. Experience with Zoom and Planning Centre is an asset.
Skills and Abilities: Ability to work independently, communicate with others in a team environment that consists of staff and volunteers. Decision-making regarding the maintenance of Church records, events, and facility rental planning. Ability to assist the Treasurer/Bookkeeper with basic accounting duties related to billing queries, invoices, and cheques.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 18 per week
Salary: $21.00 per hour
