We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. As the Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing essential administrative support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the office environment.

This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage day-to-day office operations and provide administrative support to staff and management in all departments including, but not limited to A/R, A/P, Safety, and Operations. Answer phone calls, emails, and handle inquiries in a professional manner. Maintain office supplies inventory and order necessary items. Assist with preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain filing systems (both electronic and physical) for easy document retrieval. Support the HR department with onboarding and personnel record maintenance. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Assist with organizing company events, meetings, and employee activities. Handle general office maintenance, including liaising with service providers.

Qualifications:



Proven experience in office administration or a similar role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. A positive, proactive, and approachable attitude.
