About the role




We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

Office Administrator

to provide administrative support to our branch leadership and ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker with excellent communication skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role is crucial in facilitating effective communication, supporting key initiatives, and maintaining an efficient and productive workplace.


What will you do?




Leadership Support & Event Management:

Organize and manage branch leadership activities, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, preparing presentations, and planning and executing internal and external events.

Communication Management:

Handle all incoming and outgoing communications for the branch, including drafting correspondence, managing emails, screening calls, and acting as a primary point of contact.

Employee Activity Coordination:

Organize and provide assistance for branch employee activities, including researching and securing event locations, coordinating with participating parties, and managing logistics to foster a positive team environment.

Solutions & Service Support:

Provide administrative and logistical support for Solutions and Service initiatives, including coordinating trainings, workshops, and other events as needed.

Office Management:

Oversee all aspects of office management, including coordination with IT for technical support, managing printing materials, monitoring and ordering office supplies, and ensuring the office environment is well-maintained and functional.

Sales Support Backup:

Provide backup administrative support to the sales team where applicable, assisting with documentation, scheduling, or other tasks to ensure seamless operations.

General Administrative Duties:

Perform other duties as required to support the branch leadership and overall office operations, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute wherever needed.

What will you need to succeed?




Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Executive Assistant or in similar administrative roles, preferably supporting senior leadership. Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with using virtual meeting platforms. Ability to maintain high level of discretion and confidentiality. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to anticipating needs.

Preferred Skills & Experience:




Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields. Experience working in a large, multinational corporate environment.
