Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Office Administrator to support the school's administrative team and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of daily school activities. The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional with strong communication, technological, and organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Primary Responsibilities



Provide administrative support to the administration team, including preparing staff correspondence, newsletters, class lists, and other documents Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records, including attendance Serve as the first point of contact at reception and uphold school safety and security protocols Perform general office duties and other responsibilities as assigned

Required Qualifications



Completion of a Secretarial or Business Administration certificate/diploma (preferred) Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Strong keyboarding and data entry skills with a focus on accuracy

Additional Assets (Considered an Asset but Not Required)



Experience with Alberta Education's PASI (Provincial Approach to Student Information) system Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and records management

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
