Job Description


Dicta Court Reporting is a busy, fast-paced company currently recruiting an Office Administrator to join our team. You will be required to multi-task on a minute-to-minute basis, depending on the deadlines of each particular day. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Reception duties such as answering the telephone, assisting with client inquiries, maintaining client relations, ongoing client communication via email and telephone
  • Accurately inputting and maintaining client bookings into industry-specific scheduling software
  • Updating records
  • Administrative support including daily filing, travel planning, managing office supplies
  • Other duties as assigned
