Allstar Restoration is a local Calgary business of 23 years. We perform inspection, urgent response, rebuild and content management for residential and commercial insurance claims. Team work is essential. Allstar Restoration is looking for an Office Adminiistrator with accounts receivable experience. We hope to find a self motivated individual who will step up to their position and take a place as a valued and permanent part of our team. The Office Administrator is responsible for maintenance and organization of office systems and reception. They will be assisting the General Manager with overall workflow and documentation, assisting Project Managers wih necsessary documentation and filing, invoicing, and working with the Accountant on accounts receivable and related records. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, be proficient with data entry and office software and systems. Excellent communication skills are required, both written and verbal.
