Skyview Blinds & Shades are looking for a detail-oriented Office Administrator to assist office staff, sales activities, and maintaining good customer relationships. The Front Office Supervisor responsibilities include phone calls, email, supporting team, training new hires, supporting sales, ensuring order satisfaction, product selections, coordinating with other departments, motivating staff, handling administrative duties, and promoting customer satisfaction. To be a successful candidate, you should have an excellent organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills. You should also possess strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. You should be responsible to handle walk-ins, phone calls and emails queries. Primary Responsibilities: Organizing daily schedule Forecasting weekly schedule Identify orders on hold and material shortages. Managing returns. Explain products and services to customers. Generate quotes. Sales office administration. Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock. Managing Emails Attend customers queries Qualifications: Passionate, Creative, self-starter, people-person. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to build customer relations. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong negotiation skills Fast learner Can work independently AND be a team player Previous experience in office admin, sales, customer service would be an asset.
