We deliver environmental and sustainability services to our clients through the integration of over 30 advisory, technical environmental, and engineering disciplines to help clients address some of their most complex challenges around sustainability. As our new Administrative Assistant, you will play an important role on a team whose work is essential to achieving this goal.
Role
In this key role, you will ensure our office operates smoothly by providing support across all levels of the company, coordinating events, leading programs, and managing essential office services. You'll have the autonomy to drive initiatives independently while handling sensitive and confidential information, including legal and financial documents.
You will collaborate closely with our management team, operations managers, and a Canada-wide shared services team, supporting SLR's documentation requirements across all offices and helping maintain consistency and quality in our deliverables.
The ideal candidate brings excellent communication skills, a proactive and positive approach to new challenges, strong technical proficiency, and the ability to build lasting relationships across the organization--from entry-level employees to senior management. You will become a trusted resource for guidance on company policies, processes, and general support for any task.
