The Energy Centre has undertaken new partnership and management and we are seeking an organized and energetic individual to join our team as an Office Administrative Assistant. As the first point of contact for our customers and clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and professional image of our company. Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
  • Will be trained on QuickBooks (prior experience considered an asset).
  • Will be trained on Service Titan (prior experience considered and asset).
  • Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the company staff.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of various documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Monitor and order office supplies, and maintain inventory records.
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and collections.
  • Provide administrative support for special projects, events, and initiatives.
  • Warranty claims
  • Collections
  • In-store sales
  • Bank deposits
Requirements:
  • Minimum high school diploma, with a diploma or certificate in office administration or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
