Grape Escapes Wine Tours is looking for a Manager/Administrative to lead our team and drive the continued growth and success of our fast-paced tour business. The successful candidate must have exceptional management skills, experience in tourism and hospitality (preferred), and a passion for winning new business and navigating the complexities of the travel industry.
Responsibilities:
Business Development (30%): grow our established business in key markets, increase existing business, and develop new strategies. Plan and schedule our social media campaigns.
Management of Current Clients and Accounts (30%): work closely with OTA's, hotels, and other accommodators to create unique itineraries and travel experiences. Manage customer reputation programs.
General Tour Operations and Administration (40%): make reservations, generate tour itineraries, contact wineries, manage email database, and respond to guest inquiries.
Qualifications:
Proven leader with exceptional management skills
Experience in tourism and hospitality
Well-presented, articulate, and highly organized
Passion for managing key accounts and winning new business
