Wetaskiwin Co-op is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated

Office / Administrative Clerk

to join our team. Reporting to the Financial Manager/ Controller, this position plays a key role in supporting the daily administrative and accounting functions of Wetaskiwin Co-op. The ideal candidate will be organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment where accuracy and customer service are top priorities.

Wetaskiwin Co-op is located in central Alberta operating in 9 locations in 5 communities of Wetaskiwin, Innisfail, Camrose, Edmonton and Falun. We operate in a variety of product lines including consumer hardware, building products, crop inputs, petroleum, liquor and feed manufacturing. Areas of responsibility:



Customer service- provide friendly and helpful assistance to assist members, customers, and suppliers with professionalism and care. Provide general administrative and clerical support- including filing, data entry, and correspondence. Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and daily cash balancing. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation. Adhering to all company policies, procedures, standards, and contribute to a positive team environment.

Who you are:



You're looking for a career in Retail and

You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with accounting JDE or POS software is an asset Previous administrative, office, or accounting experience preferred. Experience in a retail setting is not compulsory but is an asset. You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. You are honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do. You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.

Pay: $16.36-$27.26 per hour
