We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated
Administrative Support Specialist
to join our
Operations Planning Department
on a 12-month maternity leave contract. In this role, you will be responsible for handling assigned cases and ensuring accurate, timely completion of related tasks and documentation.
What You Will Do:
Take full responsibility for each case assigned to you, ensuring timely progress and resolution
Perform accurate and efficient processing of documents, including report preparation
Maintain and update reports using predefined templates
Meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and business objectives
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and performance standards
Maintain a working understanding of core aspects of relevant insurance policies and legislation
Tools & Applications:
Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)

Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks

What You Need to Have:
Post-secondary education (Trade School, College, or University)
Bilingual - French and English (spoken and written)
0-1 years of administrative experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to complete tasks with care, precision, and professionalism
