The Administrative Assistant is a term position (one year) to provide assistance for a specific accreditation project at Clearview Lodge. This part-time (0.5 FTE) position will assist in providing administrative duties including but not limited to transcription and organization of policy documents, completing the Action Plan created by CVL management and other administrative duties.

A qualified candidate will have the following:

Post-secondary education: Business Administration or Equivalent(or related office administrative experience. Detail oriented, proactive and can work independently with limited supervision, prioritize tasks and operate effectively in an environment of frequent interruptions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrate confidence in composing correspondence
Technical Skills:

Maintain high level of accuracy, detailed and quality of work Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), and other technology tools

Job Types: Part-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: $23.69 per hour
