Job Description

Real Estate Team Assistant wanted for a busy real estate office. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. If you are an independent worker and loves to work alone, this position will be for you. Must be computer savvy and a quick learner with exceptional customer service skills. This is a customer service oriented job. Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain team\xe2\x80\x99s schedule
  • Maintaining and updating real estate client database
  • Maintaining client relationships
  • Filing / Electronic filing
  • Answer incoming phone, book and confirm appointments for agents/clients
  • Follow up on showings for client feedback
  • Follow up with clients regarding missing documents/signatures
  • Create offers and other legal documentation
  • Updating team websites and social media information
  • Coordinate and create marketing materials for online promotions and mail outs
  • Create manuals and checklists to ensure maximum service is provided
  • Liaise with lawyers, mortgage brokers, home inspectors, photographers and stagers
  • Run errands and manage team leader schedule
  • Event planning for seminars and client events

  • Organizational skill is a must
  • Excellent telephone manners
  • Can calmly handle deadlines and stressful situations
  • High level of initiative and self-directed
  • Excellent command of English language
  • Efficient
  • Ability to type 50+ WPM
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop (asset, not a must-have) and Social Networking
  • Real Estate admin experience an asset.
  • Real Estate License is a nice to have
Job Type: Full-time Salary: $50,000.00 per year Benefits:

Education:
  • Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
  • Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
Language:
  • Mandarin (preferred)
