Office Administrative Assistant

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills and reliability Experience in administration 3 years (preferred)

Key Responsibilities



Coordinate the flow of information within the team Open and distribute mail and other materials Schedule and confirm appointments Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages Answer electronic enquiries Compile data, statistics and other information Report preparation Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems Perform data entry Provide customer service Maintain and manage digital database Perform basic bookkeeping tasks Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support Label, file and retrieve documents Invoice customers Process files and paperwork
