We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to work hard, is detail oriented and has the ability to be self-motivated whilst being extremely organized.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering and directing phone calls, texts and emails.
Managing calendars for the executive team.
Organizing, preparing and filing documentation.
Maintaining records in our internal systems including our CRM and storage drives.
Ensuring accuracy while assisting with data entry.
Providing administrative support to team members.
Supporting onboarding processes within our teams.
Maintaining confidentiality standards pertaining to company records.
Requirements:
Ability to learn fast and be accountable to your tasks and responsibilities.
Maintaining a professional attitude in all interactions
Must be tech savvy to utilize our programs.
Highly organized and detail oriented
Proactively engaged and demonstrates a strong work ethic
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
