Office Administration Clerk / Show Manager
Job Description
We are in search of an individual to join our team full time for 12 weeks starting mid-late May through mid-August. Event dates are August 11-13, 2023. This position will be our Show Manager and look after the Livestock Shows, 4-H Shows, Home & Garden Show and various other administrative parts of the Fair. Duties will include meeting and working with volunteer committee chairs to ensure needs are met, booking and scheduling judges, accept entries and payments online and in person, reconcile entries/payments and keep accurate and detailed records of all shows on the Show Program. Must be able to work with a team in a fast paced, fun office environment. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, very reliable and able to meet deadlines. Should be detail orientated, creative, have a positive attitude and great problem solving skills. Flexible hours and ability to work from home for a portion of the position. This is a Summer Jobs Program position, therefore candidates will be eligible according to the program definitions. Benefits:
