Office Admin Assistant/bookkeeper

Job Description

We are looking for highly motivated, detail-orientated individual to be part of our team in supporting the administration of the office by managing various tasks and ensuring a seamless workflow to the business operations.

Responsibilities



Support all team members with various administrative tasks, including greeting and assisting clients, booking appointments and supporting reception duties

Producing various reports and documents

Full-cycle bookkeeping duties

Reconciling petty cash

Maintaining accounts payable

Attributes



Fluent in English, both spoken and written

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with great customer service etiquette

Highly motivated team player

Positive, professional attitude

Self-starter who can work independently

Multitasking and time-management skills

Strong attention to detail

Neat and organized

Skills



Bookkeeping Certificate with experience of Sage50

Knowledge of payroll requirements

Minimum of 1 year's customer service experience

Working knowledge of Windows 11

Proficient in Office 365 Suite with an emphasis on Excel and Word

Knowledge of Adobe Acrobat

Dental Office Management database software experience is an asset but not required

Basic First Aid with AED is an asset but not required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 16 per week
