As a Retail Sales Representative, you will help our guests purchase the gear they need while providing excellent customer service in a fun, positive, and safe working environment. No experience necessary. We will train you.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests and provide them with a positive and informative retail experience. Operate the point-of-sale system to sell retail products. Receive stock and replenish hard and soft goods. Dispense tickets and vouchers, and issue or attach accordingly. Accurately cash-out after each shift. Keep up to date on products and 'up-sell' our merchandise. Maintain a good general knowledge of the resort and assist guests with information. Ensure the safety and security of the resort, co-workers and guests by adhering to safety rules and regulations. Other tasks as required.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications:

Serving It Rightcertification for selling alcohol. Must be at least 19 years old. Excellent organization and guest service skills. Competent with computers and numbers. Able to work a minimum of once a week including nights and holidays; having a flexible schedule is a definite asset. Able to respond calmly, quickly, and effectively to urgent requests. Able to stand, walk, bend, twist, and lift and carry a minimum of 15 kg. Prior retail experience is an asset but not required.
