Competitive Compensation:

Primary Responsibilities:
Consultation, screening, and evidence based assessment and treatment of clients with various needs
Design a treatment plan using SMART goals, evidence-based information, relevant best practice guidelines, and clinical expertise
Provide client and family centred intervention by building strong rapport with caregivers, with ongoing training and education
Monitor client progress towards goal attainment and have the agility to adjust treatment plans according to changing needs
Collaborate with colleagues across professions
Manage own caseload and maintain complete records of therapy using our electronic charting system, in accordance with COTO regulations

Qualifications
Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy
