We are a private clinic that specializes in catastrophic medical cases including brain injuries, amputations, and spinal cord injuries.
Joining this multi-disciplinary rehabilitation clinic with two locations in the GTA (Scarborough and Etobicoke) offers the right individuals the opportunity to collaborate with a team in providing exceptional care to our patients in a culture that is patientfocused, diverse, inclusive and encourages personal growth.

We will provide private clinic space and trained staff to handle scheduling and billing.

Job Outline
- Provide direct assessment and consultation of a patient\'s physical abilities and needs
- Responsible for the assessment of clients (including completing an in-home assessment report and completion of Form 1), establishment and ongoing evaluation of treatment plans.
- Provides treatment as outlined in the treatment plan.
- Communicates information and recommendations regarding treatment plans to patients and provides education as needed.
- Maintains current accurate clinical records according to standards set by College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
- Collaborates with other members of the health team as needed to submit Auto Insurance Claim Forms (OCF forms).
- Involved in the requisition and placement of recommended devices.
- Mix of in-clinic, in-home, and remote working environments.

Qualifications
- Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Occupational Therapy (MScOT) or equivalent.
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
- Strong time-management skills required.
- Excellent communication skills required with an ability to collaborate with other team members and a strong understanding of when and how to make interdisciplinary referrals.
- New graduates accepted.
- MVA experience preferred but not mandatory.
