Compass Community Health offers primary care health services and health promotion programs to diverse communities and individuals.

We are currently seeking a:

Occupational Therapist (OT)

Permanent Part-Time (20 hours/week)

(Hourly Pay Range - $33.01 - $38.84)

Do you excel as a member of a client centered health professional team? Are you dedicated to improving and maintaining functional independence and physical performance? Do you have demonstrated ability to perform client assessment, treatment and health education? Do you have demonstrated ability to develop work plans specific to the OT role? Do you integrate evidence based practice into the planning and evaluation of client and program interventions? Are you registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario? Do you have a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent from a recognized university? Do you have experience in helping seniors manage their chronic diseases?
