As an Occupational Therapist at Wonder & Grow, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of our clients especially for children. You'll assess their needs, develop customized treatment plans, and implement interventions to promote independence and overall well-being. Collaboration with our interdisciplinary team is key to delivering comprehensive care.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' physical, cognitive, and emotional needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings. Utilize evidence-based interventions to enhance clients' functional abilities. Collaborate with other professionals to ensure coordinated care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy. Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Compassionate and child-centered approach to care.
Experience:

Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience working with children who have autism or experience developmental delays and their families. Demonstrated expertise in implementing effective early interventions and strategies for the children as play-based

Pay: $100.00-$130.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 20 per week
