Position Summary

We are seeking a collaborative and client-focused

Occupational Therapist

to join our team. In this role, you will assess and treat clients to improve their ability to perform everyday activities and promote independence through evidence-based strategies. You will work alongside a dynamic team of physiotherapists, chiropractors, RMTs, psychotherapists, and fitness professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide client-centered therapy to address physical, cognitive, and psychosocial barriers Recommend adaptive equipment and modifications to support independence Collaborate with other health professionals for holistic care planning Document clinical notes, goals, and outcomes in compliance with College and privacy regulations Educate clients and caregivers on strategies to improve daily functioning Contribute to multidisciplinary case reviews and health programming at CORSA

Qualifications

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university Registered and in good standing with the

College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO)

Professional liability insurance (minimum required coverage per COTO) Experience working in a collaborative clinical environment preferred Strong communication and documentation skills Comfortable working with diverse populations (e.g., neuro, ortho, mental health, chronic pain)

Nice-to-Have Assets

Experience with return-to-work programs or workplace assessments Certification in specialized areas (e.g., cognitive rehab, sensory integration, chronic pain) Familiarity with virtual care tools or hybrid delivery Interest in community workshops or group programming
