The ideal candidate possesses:
1-2 years of OTA experience in a pediatric setting Experience working with children with at least two of the following needs: sensory processing disorder feeding training handwriting training fine and gross motor delay Autism, ADHD, Down Syndrome, DCD
Requirements of the job include:
Implementaion of treatment in accordance with the prescription of OT Write treatment notes for sessions to be uploaded to patient portal after treatment Provide feedback and educate parents/guardians regarding client's needs and goals. Maintain a good working relationship with clients and fellow colleagues Certification in OTA program Effective communication skills (verbal and written) Ability to work independently as well as part of a multi-disciplinary team Completion of a satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 35 per week
