Caseload Area

We are currently recruiting

one full-time ADP-authorized Occupational Therapist

to support an

adult community caseload

under secure Ministry funding. Services are provided in

clients' homes

within the following areas:

Keswick

Sutton

Responsibilities Include

Completing comprehensive OT assessments focused on functional abilities, environment, and support systems Designing evidence-based treatment plans grounded in best practice and aligned with SMART goals Collaborating closely with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to achieve meaningful, client-centred goals Providing education to clients and caregivers to support ongoing progress Implementing creative and engaging strategies that target ADLs, functional mobility, fine motor skills, self-regulation, and other individualized goals Evaluating and documenting client progress, adjusting intervention plans as needed

Qualifications

Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy Registration with

COTO

(Mentorship available for therapists in Initial Practice) Excellent clinical assessment and intervention skills Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn

ADP authorizer status (required)

Access to a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license Professional liability insurance Clear Police Vulnerable Sector Check
