What You'll Do

Schedule and facilitate medical assessments and follow-up appointments Manage patient charts, documentation, and test results with precision Liaise with labs and physician offices to ensure smooth communication Deliver outstanding customer service while handling inquiries and requests Keep our processes organized and efficient in a fast-paced environment

Who You Are

A proactive problem-solver with exceptional organizational skills Skilled in multitasking and time management Strong communicator (verbal and written) with a customer-first mindset Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Experienced in administrative roles (healthcare experience preferred) Post-secondary education and 3+ years of relevant experience
