Position Summary
We are looking for a growth-minded individual with coaching and leadership experience to join our team as a casual Mobile Obstacle Course Lead. Mobile Obstacle Course Leads are responsible for leading a team of coaches in the successful implementation of our Mobile Obstacle Course program that takes the sport of ninja obstacle course racing into schools and communities.

Responsibilities
Participate in the set up and running of Mobile Obstacle Courses (MOC)
Be the lead team member on site
Complete equipment maintenance and inspection (training provided)
Engage with students, answer staff enquiries, and effectively handle concerns
Act as a mentor to your coach team
Ensure equipment is safe and appropriate for participant age and skill level
Find solutions to problems as they arise or reach out for help
Ensure that participants are having fun
Demonstrate the Fitset Ninja Mission & Values, like Growth Mindset and Customer Focus
Provide feedback to the organization on opportunities for improvement and growth in our programming
Provide feedback on direct report performance
Promote Fitset programming to participants and parents, guardians and school staff
Manage escalated behavioural issues
Qualifications
Weekend availability
Leadership experience
Experience coaching children and youth
Athletic experience; passion for physical activity
A class 5 license and willingness to drive a 26 foot truck (training provided)
Valid Standard First Aid / CPR-C required within three months of hire date
Completed and cleared Police Record check with Vulnerable Sector Search completed prior to start date
Completion of the Respect in Sport for Activity Leaders Certificate within one month of hire date
