Job Description


Come join our team! Are you interested in building your career in your local community or other regions? Are you interested in pursuing FREE training at Aurora College? We are hiring Observer Communicators! There is no experience required for this position, all training is provided. The opportunity:

  • $25/hr starting wage
  • $4000 certification bonus
  • healthcare, vision, dental
The training
  • 9-week training program at Aurora College, Fort Smith
  • grocery funds, accommodation, and travel provided
