FONCTION GENERALE

Le superviseur des ventes travaille en etroite collaboration avec le gerant du magasin pour apprendre tous les aspects de la gestion d'un magasin. En tant que membre de l'equipe de direction, le superviseur des ventes fournit un service a la clientele exceptionnel, atteint le volume de ventes, respecte les normes de presentation visuelle d'Oakley et maximise les profits en controlant les depenses et en protegeant les actifs de l'entreprise. Le superviseur des ventes collabore avec le gerant du magasin pour fournir des conseils, des directives et du perfectionnement a l'equipe du magasin afin d'atteindre tous les objectifs de revenus, de profits et de service a la clientele.



PRINCIPALES TACHES ET RESPONSABILITES
Atteint des niveaux eleves de rendement et de resultats de vente. Aide le gerant de magasin a former et a gerer tous les employes dans l'execution des taches quotidiennes et pour maximiser les ventes. Affecte des employes a des taches specifiques et aide a l'affectation des horaires de travail en suivant la matrice de paie. Assure la conformite aux communications de l'entreprise en supervisant la preparation de la marchandise, des presentoirs et des presentations. Coordonne le reapprovisionnement de la marchandise et le flux de la marchandise de l'entrepot au plancher. Supervise la conformite de tout le personnel aux politiques, procedures et normes etablies de l'entreprise. Effectue toutes les autres taches attribuees de temps a autre par le gerant de magasin.




QUALIFICATIONS DE BASE
Au moins deux ans d'experience dans la vente au detail dans un environnement specialise Au moins un an d'experience en gestion de la vente au detail Disponibilite pour travailler selon un horaire flexible et selon les heures necessaires pour ouvrir et/ou fermer le magasin, y compris les soirs, les fins de semaine et les jours feries Solides aptitudes pour la communication (verbale et ecrite), y compris de solides aptitudes pour l'etablissement de relations Capacite de former le personnel et d'assurer son developpement professionnel ainsi que d'etablir des relations et d'utiliser les competences du personnel Capacite d'etre debout presque toute la journee ou de se deplacer sur le plancher ou dans l'entrepot Capacite de manoeuvrer de la marchandise et de soulever jusqu'a 40 lb Les activites physiques comprennent les mouvements repetitifs comme se pencher, s'agenouiller, se tordre, s'etirer, s'accroupir, pousser, tirer, soulever, grimper, porter, marcher, atteindre et/ou utiliser frequemment un escabeau. Pay Range: -

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
