The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a

Nursing Supervisor (LPN)

to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a nurse who is confident, adaptable, and passionate about supporting both clients and care staff.

This position starts part-time (up to 30 hours per week) with a

flexible schedule

that may include

some evenings and weekends

, depending on client needs. Workload can vary -- some weeks are busy, others are quieter -- so flexibility and comfort with change are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical oversight and support to care staff Conduct assessments, check-ins, and care coordination as needed Support quality, safety, and continuity of care Communicate effectively with clients, families, and internal team members Assist with problem-solving and clinical decision-making Step in as needed to support client care based on demand

What We're Looking For

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Critical care experience

who works well independently Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills Comfort with a role that can fluctuate in pace and hours
