Job Description
POSTION Full Time TEMP (8 shifts bi-weekly) (Maternity Leave Coverage)HOURS OF WORK - 0700-1500 (7:00-3:00 am), every other weekendQUALIFICATIONS:A Post-Secondary Degree in Kinesiology; or Diploma in PTA/OTA, SSW or equivalent;2 years' experience working with seniors and knowledge of working with residents who have Alzheimer's, dementia and other related disease is an asset. Comfortable completing ADL tasks - Dressing, grooming, toileting, Ambulation, transfers, bathing, etc.Must be in good standing in the home in areas such as:Leadership Work Ethic Attendance Problem SolvingCritical Thinking Therapeutic Communication Time ManagementCompletion of documentation on Point Click Care and Point of Care;Encouraging and recording resident participation in NR programming;Following Programs set out by the Restorative Care Coordinator and Rai Coordinator;Working independently and as a team to plan, set-up, lead and evaluate group and individual programs.**Must have Covid-19 Vaccinations + Booster and Annual Flu Shot**Work remotely
