About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven

Home Care Business Development Manager (RN)

to lead business growth and strategic partnerships in the Scarborough region.

The ideal candidate is a

Registered Nurse (RN)

who combines clinical expertise with strong business acumen, communication, and networking skills. This role is focused on business generation, partnership development, and relationship management rather than direct clinical care.

Key Responsibilities- Business Development & Growth

Drive new client acquisition by establishing referral pipelines with hospitals, long-term care facilities, physicians, and retirement communities. Identify and secure new opportunities for home care and nursing services. Represent the organization at networking events, conferences, and community forums. Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to strategically position services.

Relationship Management & Partnerships

Leverage RN expertise to establish credibility and trust with healthcare providers and families. Serve as the primary point of contact for referral partners, physicians, and community organizations. Guide families through home care options, ensuring solutions meet health and wellness needs. Build strong community awareness of available services.

Strategic Leadership

Collaborate with leadership on growth strategies, marketing campaigns, and partnership initiatives. Provide insights on evolving healthcare demands to inform new programs and services. Champion the commitment to quality, safety, and excellence in care delivery.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing (required).

Proven experience in healthcare business development, partnerships, or client acquisition. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong balance of clinical knowledge and strategic growth mindset. Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and results-oriented professional.
