Role Overview

We are seeking a Part-Time Nursing Manager (Registered Nurse) to support home care operations and contribute to business development initiatives.
This position is ideal for a Registered Nurse who values leadership, quality assurance, and community-based care while enjoying a flexible daily schedule. The role involves approximately 2 hours of work per day, focusing on clinical oversight, client relationship management, and operational coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Oversight and Quality Assurance

Provide clinical leadership and ensure compliance with quality standards in client care. Review, update, and monitor care plans in collaboration with caregivers and families. Support onboarding, supervision, and mentorship of nursing and personal support staff. Uphold regulatory and organizational standards for safe and ethical care delivery.

Client and Partner Engagement

Act as the primary clinical contact for clients, families, and referral partners. Conduct initial client assessments and ensure care plans align with client needs. Build and maintain professional relationships with community partners, physicians, and healthcare facilities.

Operational and Business Support

Collaborate with the leadership team to identify service improvements and growth opportunities. Support recruitment, training, and scheduling of care staff as needed. Provide clinical insights to guide program development and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing with the applicable provincial regulatory body (mandatory). Minimum 3 years of nursing experience in home care, community health, or clinical management. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities. Ability to work independently with professionalism and accountability. Familiarity with home care operations, client management, and quality improvement processes.
