Job Description
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Our residences are seeking applicants for future nursing assistant positions in the South Shore region (Longueuil, Chambly, Saint-Hubert, and surrounding areas).
We are seeking competent, caring professionals who are passionate about the well-being of our residents.
Full-time, daytime position with every other weekend.
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administer medication in accordance with safety principles and the codes of ethics Contribute to the adjustment of a residents' action plan based on their observations Create and maintain metuculous notes in the residents Dossier in accordance with the requirements of the Ordre des Infirmiers et Infirmieres auxiliaires du Quebec (OIIAQ) Promote and advocate for proactive care among residents Respond to all emergency situations
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Collect degree in nursing (DEC) or a proffesional studies dimploma (DEP) in health care assistance, nursing Ease in the use of computer tools Knowledge of retirement homes, a major asset Member of the OIIAQ CPR up to date
