Why this role is important?

Nurse

As a Nurse at Shoppers Drug Mart, you will play a vital role in providing healthcare services and support to our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include administering flu and Covid vaccinations as well as travel vaccines. You will work closely with our pharmacy team to ensure the highest level of patient care.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do:

• Administer vaccinations in accordance with provincial guidelines.
• Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure accurate and timely medication dispensing.
• Maintain accurate patient records and confidential information.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with healthcare practices and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, ethical, and safety standards.

Requirements

• Current registration as a Nurse in the province of Manitoba.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Commitment to providing outstanding patient care.
• Previous experience in a pharmacy or retail healthcare setting (preferred but not required).
