Blue Door Medical , a premier integrative health and wellness clinic based in Vancouver, BC, seeks an experienced and dedicated Nurse to grow with the company. The successful candidate will assume responsibility with IV Therapy, Integrated Health Therapies, Cold Laser, PRP (hair restoration and facial rejevenuation), trigger point injections, charting, mixing/compounding IV bags, vitamin infused IM Shots and administering them to clients in off-clinical site settings, assisting with administrative duties, and generating medical procedures and resources.
This dynamic role provides casual flexibility which initially consists of working in-house clinical setting and off-site in the clients requested location as well as a small portion of remote work for non-client related responsibilities. As our location is under renovations, comfortability in home care settings is a must.

Proven positive standing with BCCNM with current nursing registration
- Commitment to upholding the highest standards of ethical conduct and professionalism
- Ability to respond to any client emergencies with confidence
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical judgments
- A high level of skill and comfortability with IV insertions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on client-centered care
- A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Additional Interests:
We are open to a seasoned medical aesthetic injector as licensed Registered Nurse, who would like to work both within the Integrative health service offerings, and expand with a client base in injectables for botox, dermal fillers, and prp therapy.
Position Summary:
Lead Nurse Practitioner for IV infusions, Perform LPN duties including but not limited to: Patient communication, Injections, coordinating care, routine follow up, medical admin
Assistance in interventional procedures, and blood draws for PRP procedures.
Charting, Updating Patient Files, Maintaining Stock, Pre-Visit Assessments
Education, Training and Experience:
Graduation from a reputable program for Practical Nurses, and at least 2 year's acute care experience
Current full practicing licensure with the BC College of Nursing Professionals (BCCNP).
Phlebotomy and IV Therapy certification required
Experience with sterile technique in procedures
Skills and Abilities:
Strong Command of computers, including Electronic Medical Records, Google Suite and Apple applications
Proficiency using JANE APP software
Understanding of life lab protocols, supply and cost of good inventory ordering for medical supplies etc
Works well in a multidisciplinary team: understands needs of patients and practitioners and can anticipate necessary action
Organization and time management
Advocates for health and wellness practices with an emphasis on compassionate bedside manor
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Effective critical thinking, solution oriented mindset
Can perform the full scope of nursing competencies as outlined in the standards of practice of the BCCNM.
Training and Development:
