NURSE REVIEWER

Nurse Reviewer

Remote role based in Waterloo ON

In this role you will work on a full range of claims, correspondence, quality assurance and escalations.

Responsibilities

\xc2\xb7 In this role you will draft claimant facing communications based on guidance provided

\xc2\xb7 You will verify data and processing requirements making corrections as necessary

\xc2\xb7 You will using proprietary software tools access and review claim documents, enter claim decisions, and create escalations when needed

\xc2\xb7 You will contribute subject area expertise to determine processing guidelines and assess if standards have been met

\xc2\xb7 You will communicate directly with claimants or law firms by phone or email

\xc2\xb7 You will review and analyze legal documents and records

\xc2\xb7 You will obtain information from clients and third parties

\xc2\xb7 You will consult with team leadership and peers on case work

Qualifications

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s/Nursing Degree

\xc2\xb7 Excellent attention to detail

\xc2\xb7 Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

\xc2\xb7 Sharp critical thinking skills with sound judgment

\xc2\xb7 Ability to sit at a computer workstation for long periods of time
