We are looking for Nurse Practitioners with a commitment to continuous learning, who will provide culturally informed care and a safe and welcoming space for patients to receive care.



The successful candidate will be responsible and accountable for the comprehensive assessment of patients/clients/residents including diagnosing diseases, disorders and conditions. This provider will initiate treatment including health care management, therapeutic interventions and prescribes medications in accordance with the statutory and regulatory standards, limits and conditions, policy and guidelines.



This position will collaborate with patients/clients/residents and other members of the interdisciplinary team to identify and assess trends and patterns that have implications for patients, families and communities.



Flexible work options are available through full-time or part-time scheduling.
